POLICE OFFICER HENRY KOEBEL
Killed in the Line of Duty May 26, 1978

While on foot patrol at the Port Authority Bus Terminal, Police Officer Koebel engaged an emotionally disturbed man who was harassing a passerby. A struggle ensued, and the Officer was shot and killed with his own revolver.
